This Amazon EU Product Advertising API Licence Agreement (“Licence Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Product Advertising API, Data Feed, and Product Advertising Content (each as defined below) made available to You through the www.amazon.fr, www.amazon.co.uk or www.amazon.de website. “We,” “us,” or “our” means Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l, 5, Rue Plaetis, 2338 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registration number (Luxembourg) B180022 or any of its affiliate companies, as the case may be. Affiliate companies are all companies that directly or indirectly control or are controlled by us (“affiliates”). “You” or “your” means the applicant. A “site” means a website. “Amazon Site” means the amazon.fr, amazon.de or amazon.co.uk site, as applicable. “Your application” means any software application(s) or site(s) that you link to the Amazon Site, on which you display Product Advertising Content, or that interfaces with the Product Advertising API.
